Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product strategy for our end-to-end supply chain operating system. This includes platform-level UX, customer-facing intelligence layers, application modules, workflow orchestration, and LLM-powered experiences, with a specific focus on modules related to Inbound, Inventory and Outbound operations in a warehouse or mid-mile hubs.
- Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing high-impact features and enhancements that streamline the end-to-end product development lifecycle management, ensuring clarity on what gets built and why.
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable, technically feasible solutions.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in user experience, decision automation, applied AI/LLMs, and intelligent workflow platforms.
- Ensure the freight forwarding platform delivers an intelligent, usable, and responsive experience that empowers customers to make better, faster supply chain decisions with confidence by providing a clear, real-time view of warehouse operations.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of delivering complex enterprise SaaS or AI-powered platforms.
- 3+ years of experience working in Fulfillment technology for a software product company or a retail / eCommerce company. Experience in any Supply Chain technology space is equally valuable.
- Worked closely with operators / operational leaders in launching new products, tech-enabled process improvement and operational scalability projects.
- Experience with implementing third-party supply chain solutions or building in-house products is essential, with focus on usability, scalability, resilience.
- Ability to work closely with engineers, understanding trade-offs in scalability, performance, and data architecture.
- Ability to work with Design and strong UX intuition when designing interfaces for supply chain users of varying technical expertise.
- Strong communicator who can translate technical complexity into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
