Associate Product Manager – Fixed Income

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2–5 years (Fixed Income / Wealth / Capital Markets)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Fixed Income to support the growth and ongoing management of our fixed income offerings across Corporate Bonds, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instruments. The role requires a strong understanding of fixed income products and market offerings, along with awareness of execution processes and operational workflows. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring fixed income products are available, well-managed, and executed smoothly, while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Fixed Income Product Support

• Support fixed income offerings across Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instruments
• Track product availability, issuer pipelines, and market offerings
• Ensure products are ready for distribution and ongoing business needs Business Growth & Market Coordination
• Support business teams in scaling fixed income products
• Coordinate with issuers, distributors, and external partners for product onboarding and continuity
• Assist in expanding product coverage and improving turnaround times Execution & Process Ownership
• Own end-to-end execution of fixed income transactions, including onboarding, documentation, execution, and settlement
• Manage operational workflows to ensure timely and accurate closures
• Identify and resolve execution-related issues on an ongoing basis Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with business, compliance, technology, and external partners
• Ensure alignment across teams for smooth product execution
• Support resolution of product or execution-related queries MIS & Reporting
• Maintain MIS on product volumes, execution status, and pending cases
• Support internal product and business reviews Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of fixed income products and market offerings
• Familiarity with Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, and debt instruments
• Awareness of execution processes and operational workflows
• Business-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, and issuer or partner platforms
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and meet timelines Preferred Background
• 2–5 years of experience in Fixed Income, Wealth Platforms, Capital Markets, Bond Distribution, Product Support, or Investment Operations
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields
• NISM certifications (Fixed Income / Mutual Funds) preferred
