Role Overview:

We are seeking a senior analytics leader to own and lead an end-to-end retail analytics account for a Fortune 100 client. This role combines client leadership, analytics problem-solving, large team management, and delivery governance. The individual will act as a key client-facing representative, drive analytics-led decision making, and manage multiple workstreams running in parallel.


As a Senior Manager, you will:

  1. Lead and manage an end-to-end retail analytics account, acting as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders.
  2. Partner with client leaders across customer, marketing, and merchandising functions to understand business objectives and translate them into analytics-driven solutions.
  3. Work closely with internal leadership, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver insight-led analytics solutions.
  4. Leverage strong understanding of Retail data and associate use cases
  5. Guide teams on the application of advanced analytics and machine learning techniques such as customer segmentation, propensity modeling, forecasting, CLTV, and recommendation systems.
  6. Oversee multiple analytics workstreams running in parallel, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while balancing competing priorities.
  7. Lead client engagements by establishing best practices, delivery governance, and scalable/reusable analytics assets.
  8. Support opportunity identification, POV creation, and proposal inputs in collaboration with sales and leadership teams.
  9. Apply Agile delivery methodologies to manage complex analytics programs efficiently.
  10. Lead, mentor, and develop large teams (20–25+ members), providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career coaching.
  11. Represent Tredence as a trusted analytics partner at the client office in a hybrid working model.


Must-Have Skills:

  1. 12–16 years of professional experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Consulting, with deep domain exposure to Retail, E-commerce, Marketing, and Customer Analytics.
  2. Proven track record of leading client-facing analytics engagements and managing senior executive stakeholders in a consulting or managed services environment.
  3. Strong program management skills, with demonstrated experience delivering high-complexity, parallel-priority initiatives on time and within scope.
  4. Proven people-leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, and scaling analytics teams of significant size
  5. Advanced proficiency in SQL, with demonstrated ability to guide teams on analytics architecture and review production-quality code.
  6. Hands-on experience across: Customer segmentation and CLTV modeling, Propensity modeling and next-best-action frameworks, Campaign analytics, A/B testing, and test-and-learn design,
  7. Marketing effectiveness measurement and multi-touch attribution
  8. Must have successfully designed and delivered at least 1–2 enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions with demonstrable business impact
  9. Working knowledge of cloud and analytics platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake
