- Drive effective marketing communications through Rx / Digital channels to maintain brand equity & awareness.
- Leverage digital avenues and e-marketing tools to increase the brand outreach and communicate with the target audience
- Product / Therapy Turnover and profitability
- Successful launches and penetration of new products within the category

Digital Marketing Manager
Ideal Candidate
- A pharma / science graduate with an MBA (from a reputed management institution) having 4 to 5 yrs years of experience in marketing Pharma / Wellness products.
- Candidate should have handled portfolio of 50+ crore in his/her current role
- Exposure to sales management along the way will be an added advantage.
- Should be very familiar with the external universe of Doctors, Hospitals/Institutes, Regulatory Bodies, Associations and Trade Organisations.
- Should have a track record of launching, building and nurturing powerful brands.
- Managing a large portfolio of brands and the ability to Segment markets and develop relevant positioning strategies.
- Knowledge of developing robust communication strategies through various channels.
- Should have prior experience in new product planning, NPD, New Product Launch.
- Good people management skills along with collaborative skills
