Role Overview
We’re hiring an Associate Product Manager with 6 months to 1 year of B2C experience, aiming to grow into a Product Manager role. You’ll work directly with founders and cross-functional teams to drive product outcomes.
🛠️ Responsibilities
- Track and analyze key product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement, revenue)
- Identify funnel drop-offs and optimize user journeys
- Run A/B tests and evaluate performance
- Translate business problems into product solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and design to ship improvements
- Build dashboards and generate actionable insights
- Conduct competitor and market analysis
🎯 Requirements
- 6 months [Internship Experience works] to 1 year experience in a B2C product/company (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, funnels, and product metrics
- Hands-on experience with data tools (Python, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Exposure to AdTech/monetization or startup environments is a plus
