About the Role

Quantum Quake is looking for a highly hands-on, experimental, and target-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and scale paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, and DSP channels.

This role is ideal for someone who loves testing aggressively, optimizing daily, and working in a fast-moving consumer tech environment where performance, speed, and ownership matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and DSP platforms.
• Own day-to-day campaign execution, including campaign setup, audience creation, budget allocation, bid strategy, tracking, and optimization.
• Drive performance against key business metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
• Run structured experiments across creatives, audiences, placements, bidding strategies, landing/app flows, and funnel events.
• Analyze campaign performance daily and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale.
• Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, hooks, scripts, and iterations.
• Collaborate with product, data, and tech teams to ensure accurate event tracking, attribution, and funnel visibility.
• Monitor channel-wise performance and recommend budget shifts based on ROI and scale potential.
• Build performance reports, insights, and action plans for internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated with platform changes, growth trends, new ad formats, and experimentation opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong execution experience on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of DSPs such as Moloco, Liftoff, Unity, AppLovin, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, funnel metrics, attribution, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing app or consumer tech campaigns is preferred.
• Ability to work with aggressive targets and fast optimization cycles.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Excel/Google Sheets and campaign dashboards.
• Understanding of MMPs such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch, or similar tools.
• Creative testing mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
• High ownership, speed of execution, and comfort with ambiguity.

• Familiarity with retention, remarketing, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
