We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in new business sales. This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and closing high-value business opportunities within the cybersecurity and post-quantum cryptography sectors. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-oriented sales professional with a deep understanding of enterprise technology sales and the ability to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own and manage the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target markets in the UAE, GCC, and MENA regions.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Engage with C-level executives, cybersecurity leaders, and IT decision-makers to understand business challenges and position QuantumGate’s solutions effectively.
  • Execute consultative, value-based selling strategies tailored to enterprise and government customers.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to support go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contracts in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and CRM management.
  • Represent QuantumGate at industry events, conferences, and networking engagements to strengthen market presence and generate new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed on cybersecurity market trends, competitive positioning, and developments in post-quantum cryptography and identity security.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B enterprise sales experience within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Proven success in driving new business acquisition and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, enterprise security challenges, and emerging security trends, including post-quantum cryptography.
  • Experience selling complex technology solutions to large enterprises and government organizations.
  • Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build long-term partnerships across executive and technical stakeholders.


Must-Have Requirements


  • Proven experience selling within the UAE, GCC, and MENA markets.
  • Extensive experience working with government, semi-government, and large private enterprise organizations in the UAE.
  • Strong network of enterprise and public sector decision-makers within the region.
  • High level of business English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to confidently engage senior executives and stakeholders.


Nice to Have


  • Native Arabic speaker.
  • Experience in identity and access management (IAM), authentication, or cryptographic security solutions.
  • Existing relationships within cybersecurity ecosystems across the GCC.
