Procurement Officer

A leading healthcare institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking to recruit three experienced Procurement Officers to strengthen its procurement function across multiple domains. These roles will support the organization’s operational and strategic purchasing requirements.

Key Areas of Specialization (Openings Across):

Candidates should have expertise in at least one of the following:

• Medical Equipment & CAPEX Procurement
• Experience in sourcing medical devices and managing capital expenditure projects
• Vendor negotiation, lifecycle management, and compliance with healthcare standards
• Non-Clinical Procurement
• Procurement of facilities management services, consumables, and general supplies
• Strong vendor sourcing and cost optimization experience
• IT Procurement
• Acquisition of IT hardware, software, and digital solutions
• Experience with contracts, licensing, and technology vendors

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: requisition, sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
• Conduct market analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Support CAPEX planning and execution (where applicable)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of procurement experience, preferably within healthcare or a similar environment
• Experience in one or more of the specified procurement categories
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in procurement systems and ERP platforms
