Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Own post-implementation success by leading ongoing operations, product releases, and continuous service improvements
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across software, hardware, and operational teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions
- Develop and deliver training programs that enable adoption, support workforce development, and ensure long-term success
- Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for new systems, policies, and transformation initiatives
- Define and manage KPIs, SLAs, and operational frameworks to ensure service excellence and contractual performance
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes
- Act as a key liaison between DPR headquarters and field staff to ensure clear, consistent communication
- Partner with Tyler’s California PM team to communicate release schedules, align stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks
- 5+ years of experience in technical account management, customer success, service delivery, or operations (public sector experience preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and communicate complex software systems, payment platforms, and data solutions
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder initiatives and drive execution across teams
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Strategic, proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (advanced degree a plus)
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, OCM or Customer Success credentials
- Experience with government technology implementations or outdoor recreation systems
