YOUR TASKS

As a Business Support Specialist, you focus on optimizing and improving system-driven processes, with a strong emphasis on SAP and collaboration with IT. You play a key role in managing change requests, testing system improvements, and supporting project implementations.

• Manage and coordinate SAP-related change requests in collaboration with IT and stakeholders;

• Analyze business and operational needs and translate them into system and process improvements;

• Execute and support testing of system changes to ensure quality and performance;

• Participate in and support projects related to system implementations and optimizations;

• Act as a key point of contact between operations, IT, and external stakeholders.

• A gross monthly salary between € 2.560 – € 4.164 based on 40 hours, depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for an analytical and proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic, international logistics environment.

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO) in Logistics, Technology, Business Administration, or similar;

• Fluent in English and/or Dutch;

• Experience with SAP and affinity with IT systems (ERP/WMS);

• Strong analytical skills and interest in logistics, engineering, and automation;

• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio);

• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Lean) is a plus;

• Available fulltime (40 hours);

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
