Responsibilities



  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and internal requests
  • Maintain proper filing systems and records (electronic & physical)
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and office arrangements
  • Support in data entry and report tracking
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Assist in procurement requests and basic coordination (if required)


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in government or semi-government entities (preferred)


Required Skills



  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
