Job Description

  • Deliver responsible account performance by delivering sales and market share to meet company objective
  • Provide Regular performance, sales analysis and project update to management on Monthly and Quarterly Basis
  • Create and maintain relationship with responsible accounts to get win-win business result and alignment
  • Resolve key issues and complaints and develop a complete understanding of client’s needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Create execution plan to deliver business strategy to drive distribution and profitable growth
  • Initiate plan and provide possible options to maximize business result with effective budget management
  • Accountable and responsible to manage business projects to ensure execution excellence
  • Analyze sales data, competitive activities and prepare sales reports and tracking activities and promotions
  • Arrange meeting with clients on regular basis with key deliverables according to plan


Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in strategy and portfolio management, partnership, or account management within the life insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to think creatively and challenge conventional approaches
  • Good knowledge of the life insurance business and market dynamics
  • Service-minded with an open, positive, and collaborative attitude
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and demonstrates a strong can‑do attitude
