Position Summary:
The Zonal HR will lead the HR activities in their zone and needs to ensure the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the zone. You will be responsible to ensure that all HR needs of the zone are aligned with the company’s objectives. Responsible for managing zonal HR operations with a key focus on ensuring seamless manpower availability and zero hiring gaps to support business continuity.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of HR – own the entire Zonal HR Function and establish solid foundation for growth.
- Own end-to-end hiring for the zone, ensuring timely closures and zero manpower gaps across all locations through proactive pipeline management
- Implement company policies and procedures on the ground and ensure their adherence.
- Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
- Implement Zonal HR structure, strategy, and plan to support current needs, priorities, and growth in all areas, including talent acquisition, talent management, learning/coaching, compensation, total rewards (benefits, wellness, incentives), employee engagement.
- Partner with executive team and other leaders to align business strategy to people strategy.
- Manage Legal, Compliance and Disciplinary aspects of Human Resources in the zone.
- Grow BFIL employer brand equity across the region.
- Promote a culture of innovation, growth, and accountability.
- Adhere to all internal policies and legal standards.
- Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Education & Years of Exp
10+ years of experience with master’s in human resources or MSW from reputed institute
