This role combines people leadership, enterprise architecture, and hands-on digital platform delivery, ensuring the development of modular, scalable, and data-driven solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise standards.
The candidate will act as a strategic and technical leader, driving the evolution toward platform-based architectures and enabling end-to-end digital solutions across business domains.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Be
- Digital Platform Strategy & Architecture
- Define and drive the enterprise digital platform strategy, enabling reusable, scalable, and composable solutions
- Architect modular, platform-based solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
- Establish standards for platform architecture, APIs, integration, and data flows
- Lead the design of cloud-native and API-driven platforms integrating SAP, custom applications, and data ecosystems
- Drive the transition from fragmented applications to unified platform ecosystems
- Business Process Transformation
- Lead the analysis and redesign of business processes to enable digital platform adoption
- Drive process standardization, automation, and optimization initiatives
- Ensure alignment with enterprise data models, compliance requirements, and operational goals
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and implement future-state digital processes
- AI-Enabled Platform Capabilities
- Define and integrate AI/ML/GenAI capabilities into digital platforms
- Identify opportunities to embed AI into workflows, decision-making, and automation
- Ensure scalable integration of AI services, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management
- Promote responsible AI practices and governance
- Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis activities with business stakeholders
- Translate business needs into platform capabilities, system architecture, and data models
- Drive solution design workshops and architecture reviews
- Ensure traceability from business requirements to delivered platform features and outcomes
- Software Development & Platform Delivery
- Oversee end-to-end platform delivery and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ensure development of clean, scalable, and maintainable code across platforms and services
- Drive adoption of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native engineering practices
- Lead teams working across .NET, Java, JavaScript, and low-code platforms
- Ensure robust data integration, APIs, and platform interoperability
- Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Lead and grow a cross-functional team (architects, business analysts, developers)
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and career development
- Build a high-performing, product- and platform-oriented engineering culture
- Collaborate across global teams and external partners
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Fluent in English
- 10+ years of experience in IT, digital platforms, or software engineering
- Proven experience in Digital platform architecture and delivery, Enterprise system integration, Business process transformation, AI and data-driven solutions
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex global environments
- Strong experience with stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment
- Digital platform design and composable architectures
- Integration patterns (APIs, microservices, event-driven)
- Cloud-native architectures and scalable platform solutions
- Data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) and integration layers
- Strong understanding and background as a developer in at least one of these languages: .NET, Java, JavaScript, and/or web-based platforms
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and modern engineering practices
- Scalable application development and platform performance optimization
- Experience with AI/ML/GenAI integration into enterprise platforms
- Data-driven architectures and analytics solutions
- Understanding of AI governance, model lifecycle, and data quality principles
- Strong business analysis and process modeling capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to translate business strategy into platform solutions
- Proven leadership in driving transformation initiatives
