Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil preferred) or relevant technical qualification
- 5-10 years of experience in scaffolding sales within the UAE Market
- Strong experience with ADNOC, TAQA, and major EPC contractors
- Good understanding of scaffolding systems, standards, and site requirements
- Proven track record in business development and project-based sales
- Familiarity with shutdown and maintenance activities in oil & gas sector
- Knowledge of ICV requirements and prequalification processes is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- UAE driving license preferred
