Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for the client and provide service that exceeds expectations, measured through client scorecard and assessed in quarterly business reviews.
- Responsible for account management and meeting day to day needs of client.
- Strengthen relations with key clients by establishing/maintaining communications and protocols.
- Establish client account plan and implement quarterly business reviews.
- Set sales targets and specific performance metrics that are aligned with business strategies.
- Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost our brand awareness.
- Work with finance, sourcing, and other internal departments to ensure all client goals are being met (budget, timelines, media performance, and client reporting).
- Analyze results, industry information and competitive landscape to identify trends and determine the appropriate marketing strategy for each campaign, both domestic and international.
- Experience in delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs.
- 1+ years account management or related experience.
- Experience with print production/packaging and working knowledge of production materials, preferred.
- Good understanding of kitting processes, preferred.
- Strong listening, communication and attention to detail skills.
- Some travel required (minimal).
- 3-5 years of related job experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent verbal, written, people, and diplomacy skills are required.
- Experience of interpreting strategy and policy in order to set and deliver objectives.
- Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful).
- Strong planning and organization skills are required.
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
