Compensation: $80K-$150K per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

FrontLine Fire and Flood is hiring a Business Development Executive in Tacoma, WA, with a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and expected Year 1 earnings of $80K-$150K or more. You will build a referral network across plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, and commercial clients throughout the South Sound, in a field-based, relationship-driven role.


Who You Are

  • You bring at least 1 year of outside sales or business development experience, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and ideally some familiarity with restoration, insurance, or property management.
  • You take pride in building relationships that drive referrals for years, not just quarters.
  • You believe field-based sales is more art than script, and you treat every meeting as a chance to earn the next one.
  • You love the autonomy of controlling your schedule, your strategy, and your results.
  • You are motivated by commission and want your income to reflect what you produce.
  • You are the kind of professional who holds yourself to a high standard without needing oversight to do it.

What You Will Do Each Day

  • Conduct daily outside sales visits and relationship-building meetings with referral partners.
  • Build a high-value referral network with plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, and commercial clients.
  • Present FrontLine services to referral partners, small groups, and trade organizations.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Represent FrontLine at industry events and networking gatherings.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity reporting through CRM tools.
