Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary product advocate and subject-matter expert for the products assigned within the portfolio.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring strategies are implemented within agreed timelines.
- Maintain continuous awareness of all factors affecting assigned products, including market competition, pricing dynamics, government regulations, drugstore activity, and distribution channels.
- Support the Training Manager in creating product training materials and curricula for new sales team members, and participate in the delivery of relevant training sessions.
- Conduct regular engagements with assigned Sales Teams to reinforce, update, and enhance product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders within relevant medical specialties.
- Prepare and update the monthly rolling sales forecast for assigned products.
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by the Sales and Marketing Manager that contribute to the delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as required by management to support overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course
- At least 3 years of experience in Brand management (Oncology)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a pharmaceutical setting
- At least 3 years of experience in market research, data analysis, and interpretation
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development and management
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Computer literate with solid presentation skills
- Willing to travel nationwide and conduct fieldwork
