Position Summary
Loudoun United FC is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Executive to join our sales team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of season tickets, group tickets, premium seating, and other ticket packages for Loudoun United FC matches and events. The Account Executive will be a key contributor to building our fan base and delivering exceptional client experiences, fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Sales: Proactively generate new revenue by selling season ticket memberships, group tickets, premium seating, and other ticket products through outbound calls, emails, appointments, and networking events.
- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate new sales leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, referrals, and community engagement.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and driving renewals.
- Sales Targets: Consistently achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and activity metrics.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and client interactions within the CRM system
- Game Day Responsibilities: Represent Loudoun United FC at home matches and events, assisting with client hospitality, networking, and sales initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, Partnerships, and Fan Experience, to ensure a cohesive approach to fan engagement and sales strategies.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and local market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferred
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the event schedule.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
