Lead, Enterprise Technology

Job summary:

To lead the development and integration of enterprise-wide technological solutions that support critical business functions and drive operational efficiency. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of technology systems that align with strategic business goals, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that enhance enterprise capabilities. General Responsibilities:

• Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
• Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
• Reporting
• Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.
• Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.
• Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.

Job Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide technology solutions that align with organizational objectives and IT strategy.
• Coordinate the integration of new software applications into existing enterprise systems to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of enterprise software solutions, ensuring they meet internal standards for scalability, security, and functionality.
• Oversee the customization and adaptation of enterprise applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams in the design, testing, and deployment of enterprise technologies.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of enterprise systems, recommending improvements and upgrades as necessary.
• Provide expert guidance on enterprise architecture and systems integration, offering solutions to complex technical challenges.
• Conduct regular training sessions for IT staff and end-users to maximize the effective use of enterprise applications.
• Prepare detailed reports on the status, activity, and performance of enterprise technologies for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the deployment and operation of enterprise applications.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 6 years of relevant working experience

Desired Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 9 years of relevant working experience
