US Accounting Executive


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Accounting daily transaction in accounting system
  • Timely and accurately mapping of business transactions.
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Perform periodical reconciliations with AR and AP and to submit relevant stakeholder to ensure client and vendor balances are accurate
  • Sales Tax / VAT return preparation
  • Finalizing books of accounts including balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements
  • Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly closing of books of accounts.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports


Software Skills:

  • Proficiency with accounting tools like Quickbooks, Xero, Sage and ERPs.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work on excel, google spreadsheets and presentation


Professional Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience for working for US clients


Education Qualification:

  • Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Commerce
