The Mission
- Agency Partnership: Manage and scale a portfolio of Dutch media and creative agencies, acting as their primary strategic advisor for Pinterest Ads.
- Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire process—from proactive outbound prospecting to identifying and closing high-impact deals with new agency partners.
- Strategic Consulting: Pitch tailored visual advertising solutions (Video, Shopping, and Performance Ads) that align with brand goals and drive measurable results.
- Revenue Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing campaign performance and keeping agencies ahead of market trends.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, digital ad sales, or agency account management.
- Skills: Strong outbound "hunter" mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the digital advertising ecosystem (Google Ads, Meta, or Pinterest Ads is a major plus).
- Compensation: €23,876 – €30,000 base salary (DOE) + up to €3,500 annual bonus.
- Full Relocation Support: If moving from abroad, we provide your flight ticket and 1 month of free accommodation to help you settle into Barcelona.
