Our client is a professional services firm supporting government and enterprise clients across the UAE. The organisation is focused on growth, governance, and service excellence.

The Role

The Managing Director will lead overall business performance, client delivery, and strategic growth. This role will oversee consulting, operations, and commercial functions. A key focus will be building a high-performance culture and expanding key client relationships. The MD will work closely with partners and senior stakeholders. This role carries full P&L responsibility and board interaction.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience within professional or consulting services. Strong exposure to government or enterprise clients is essential. Experience in the UAE market is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate commercial leadership, people management capability, and strategic vision.
