Responsibilities
- Implement I18N solutions across frontend and backend layers
- Externalise UI messages, labels, and error handling
- Build locale‑aware services and APIs
- Ensure currency, date/time, number formatting is configuration‑driven
- Support SIT/UAT defect resolution related to I18N
- Guide junior engineers and perform code reviews
- Collaborate with QA on I18N automation and regression coverage
- Should have exposure to Legal and Financial requirement for the region
- Having exposure to distribution domain will be added advantage
- Internationalisation (I18N), localisation readiness
- Externalised resource bundles / message catalogues
- Modern UI frameworks (React / Angular or similar)
- Responsive layouts, text expansion handling
- Java / .NET / NodeJS (any large‑scale enterprise stack)
- REST APIs, JSON
- Locale‑aware service design
- Enterprise SDLC
- SIT / UAT ownership
- Defect management in release cycles
