We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead high-impact digital initiatives, enhancing both in-store and online customer experiences. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous optimization—while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
- Lead digital product initiatives focused on customer journey enhancement
- Manage the complete product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and optimization
- Translate business needs into clear product roadmaps and features
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams for timely delivery
- Drive Agile processes including sprint planning and product reviews
- Leverage data, analytics, and user feedback for continuous improvement
- Conduct market research and customer insights to guide product decisions
- Manage budgets, resources, and ensure operational alignment
- 8+ years of product management experience
- Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and complex digital products
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Mixpanel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tier 1 institute background (preferred)
