Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service.
- Accurately and efficiently process teller transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to refer bank products through needs-based conversations.
- Resolves customer inquiries using problem-solving skills while adhering to the bank
Desired Qualifications
- Previous teller or cash-handling experience preferred but not required.
- Comfortable assisting customers while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience and enthusiasm for customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
