Escazú, Costa Rica | Full-Time | 100% On-Site
Escazú Contracting Management (ECM) is looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Payroll & Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Escazú, Costa Rica.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, handles confidential information professionally, and has strong experience supporting payroll and human resources operations.
Responsibilities:
• Process, review, and manage payroll accurately and on time
• Support HR processes
• Track employee information
• Coordinate with managers and departments regarding employee matters
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal processes
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
• Assist with administrative and operational HR tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of payroll experience required
• Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience required
• Minimum 80% English proficiency (written and spoken) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Professional attitude and high sense of responsibility
• Experience working with sensitive/confidential information
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Experience with payroll systems or HR systems is a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
