A Day in the Life
As the Head of B2B e-commerce, you will lead the charge in accelerating our digital transformation for the L'Oréal Partner Shop (LPS), our B2B ecommerce channel in Australia and New Zealand. Reporting into the Digital and eCommerce Director for PPD ANZ, this is a pivotal strategic role where you'll shape the future of our B2B engagement with salons and professional partners, driving both revenue growth and a best-in-class digital experience.
Please note, this is a 10 month maximum term contract.
You Will Be Responsible For
- Driving Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute the annual LPS strategy, creating initiatives that grow revenue, increase market share, and boost platform adoption.
- Enhancing User Experience: Own the platform’s enhancement roadmap, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey that improves conversion rates, average order value, and loyalty.
- Boosting Engagement: Formulate robust strategies to maximize LPS usage, ensuring our business partners actively use the platform to support their business goals.
- Leading with Excellence: Manage large-scale digital projects, collaborating with local and global stakeholders, while coaching and developing a high-performing team.
- E-Commerce Management: Expertise in building and executing e-commerce strategies to drive business success and online growth.
- Business Acumen: The ability to understand and integrate business and brand strategies to develop tailored joint business plans.
- User Experience (UX): A focus on conceptualizing, designing, and developing user-centered experiences.
- Project Management: Proven skill in planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and successful implementation.
