As a Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will own your campaigns from day one, shaping strategy, executing, and continuously optimizing to drive real, measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
- Strategy Development & Execution: Lead Paid Social strategy for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all activities align with commercial objectives. You will create and execute channel plans and Paid Social roadmaps that directly contribute to business growth.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the daily execution of campaigns, from budget allocation and pacing to creative testing and platform optimization. You will manage multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta Ads Manager, ensuring high-quality, data-driven decisions are made.
- Optimization & Reporting: Regularly monitor performance, run A/B tests, and refine campaigns based on real-time data, platform trends, and industry shifts. You’ll also be responsible for Weekly Insights, Monthly Reports, and Quarterly Deep Dives to improve performance.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with Paid Social leadership to help define the vision and roadmap for our product. You will share your expertise with the team, mentor junior specialists, and help elevate the quality of campaign execution.
A strategic specialist with a consultative mindset
We are looking for a specialist who combines technical expertise with a consultative mindset. You should be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the quality and impact of your deliveries.
Furthermore, You Can Probably Recognise The Following About Yourself
- 4-6 years of experience with Paid Social, ideally from an agency or a complex in house setup.
- Proven experience defining platforms, budgets, and KPIs for large scale media campaigns.
- Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Snapchat, TikTok, and Pinterest. It’s a plus if you’ve worked with Smartly before.
- Thrive in front of clients, combining a clear and engaging communication style with the ability to deliver well structured and insightful information.
- A natural curiosity for staying ahead of new platforms, tools, and strategies that create value for clients.
- Strong professional communication skills in Danish and English.
