Student Worker in Software & Data Engineering at Aarhus Energy

Aarhus Energy A/S is looking for a student worker to support the development of software, data flows and automation for our European power trading activities, as part of our ambition to build a highly automated, data-driven trading setup from our office in Aarhus.

You will work close to traders and developers on practical tools used in daily operations. The work will be a mix of software development, data engineering and automation.

The role

As a Student Worker in Software & Data Engineering, you will help with tasks such as:

Building and maintaining data flows for market, forecast and trading data.

Developing internal tools, dashboards and monitoring systems used by the trading team.

Working with APIs, databases and automated workflows.

Improving existing systems and helping make daily processes more efficient.

Your skillset

You are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, for example within Software Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar.

You have programming experience, preferably in Python or similar.

You have excellent English skills, oral and written.

You understand that succeeding is a team effort.

You have at least 1 year left of your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
