Lead the Next Phase of Digital Transformation

The rollout of the ServiceNow platform at Kamstrup has already proven its value by streamlining processes and elevating customer and employee experience. As Head of Digital Workplace Solutions, you will lead a strategic team responsible for Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, two best-in-class platforms that are currently underutilized. Your mission is to unlock their full potential, especially through AI enablement, and drive a combined strategic direction for these platforms to maximize synergies and deliver tailored solutions for every business need.

More specifically, you will be:

• Driving the digital workplace strategy, improving employee experience and supporting business goals across Kamstrup
• Leading the strategic development and AI enablement of Microsoft 365 and ServiceNow, ensuring their optimal use for process improvement and digital transformation
• Championing the Enterprise Service Platform, leveraging digitalization and AI to transform employee support and position Digital Workplace Solutions at the core of organizational change
• Fostering platform synergy by establishing a unified strategy that ensures best practices and drives innovation for specific use cases
• Balancing innovation, security, and compliance in collaboration with Enterprise Cyber Security and regulatory requirements

With a direct reference to our Vice President of Digital Kamstrup Solutions, you will lead a team of with dedicated colleagues located in Denmark and in Spain. In the team you can expect a collaborative and grounded culture that values teamwork, constructive dialogue, and continuous improvement. Together with the team you will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps for Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and AI initiatives.

We are looking for an outstanding Head of Digital Workplace Solutions who is a strategic and people-focused leader who drives meaningful digital transformation by combining innovation, collaboration, and strong leadership. You inspire teams to embrace change, navigate complex digital landscapes, and deliver secure, modern solutions that create real value for both the organization and its people.

To succeed, we imagine that you have:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within a complex, platform-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with digital workplace and platform-led transformations, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, ServiceNow, and AI technologies
• Strong experience translating business needs into clear, actionable platform strategies and roadmaps
• A track record of building strong cross-functional relationships and leading through collaboration
• Excellent communication skills and professional fluency in English
