Position Overview:
The Investor Relations team is seeking a full-time Analyst / Associate to support fundraising, prospect development, and relationship management initiatives. This role partners closely with senior Investor Relations Coverage Officers and plays a critical role in preparing for investor meetings, conducting in-depth prospect analysis, and maintaining a strong and actionable pipeline of potential investors. The Analyst / Associate will act as a key project manager for assigned funds and territories, ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely execution across all investor-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as HNW investor relations lead for funds, supporting fundraising and client management
- Build and track investor pipelines by region/type; manage CRM (Salesforce) and reporting
- Support fund launches, investor outreach, and maintain fundraising records and communications
- Assist with diligence, research, and preparation of investor-facing materials
- Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis using CRM and client data
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded institution
- 1-2 years of experience in asset management, consulting, or financial services-related marketing or investor support roles
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities (including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data manipulation)
- Series 7 and 63 licenses (or willingness to obtain within the first 90 days of employment)
Compensation:
- Expected annual base salary: $70,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience
- Additional compensation may include bonus and benefits, subject to firm policies
