Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth, lead strategic initiatives, and oversee commercial governance. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales capabilities, analytical thinking, and project management expertise to support business expansion and operational excellence.



Key Accountabilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.
  • Conduct business analysis by evaluating sales data and key performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop business cases for new projects, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver business development projects from initiation to completion.
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial agreements and operational execution.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
  • Assess commercial risks, liabilities, and financial implications within agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to finalize contract terms.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to contract lifecycle management best practices.



Experience & Education Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in business development, project management and Contracts negotiation
  • Experience in conducting business analysis, financial evaluation, and feasibility assessments
  • Demonstrate experience in managing cross functional projects
  • Experience in contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment
