As Key Account Manager Defence (gn), you will be responsible for developing and expanding selected accounts within the defence industry - both nationally and internationally.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Developing and managing global key accounts within the defence sector
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with military, governmental and industry stakeholders
- Identifying and driving new business opportunities
- Creating and executing strategic account plans
- Leading proposal processes, contract negotiations and long-term agreements
- Acting as the interface between customers, internal teams and international stakeholders
- Managing forecasts, revenue planning and overall business performance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g. Engineering, Business, Technology or military background)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in key account management, sales or business development within a defence/military environment
- Strong network within the defence ecosystem
- Experience in selling technology-driven or engineering-related services
- Excellent skills in complex solution selling and contract negotiations
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Proactive, structured and results-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
