Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of accounts to achieve sales and margin budgets
- Build trusted, long-term customer relationships through regular call cycles
- Identify opportunities for growth across product categories
- Maintain pricing discipline to optimise profitability
- Manage pipeline activity, call plans and CRM accuracy
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with branch teams to ensure outstanding customer service and delivery
- Resolve customer issues related to pricing, service or delivery
- Monitor competitor activity and share market insights
- Demonstrate new products and solutions to customers
You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in account management or B2B sales (industrial, safety or related sectors highly regarded)
- Strong customer service, listening and negotiation skills
- A results-driven mindset with strong organisation and time-management skills
- Ability to analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities
- Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools
- A professional approach that reflects positively on the company brand
