We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support client servicing and execution across digital content and marketing initiatives. This role acts as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth coordination, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs. You will manage day-to-day execution, track deliverables, and maintain strong communication across stakeholders while ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines. Working in a fast-paced, global environment, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering seamless digital campaigns and content solutions.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary coordination point between clients and internal teams including content, design, video, and tech
  • Attend internal and external meetings and capture clear, structured minutes of discussion
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly trackers to monitor content progress and deliverables
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client brand guidelines and quality standards
  • Coordinate with performance marketing and technical teams for campaign execution
  • Create standardized reports and dashboards for performance tracking and insights
  • Manage task allocation and monitor workflow to ensure timely execution
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes and client requirements
  • Conduct research on industry trends and document best practices
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and support smooth project execution

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content, or client servicing roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and digital ecosystems
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to create structured reports, trackers, and documentation
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment
