You’ll act as a true trusted advisor and brand ambassador, helping customers modernize their security solutions with cutting-edge technology. This is a role for a driven seller who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and delivering long-term value to customers.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Drive new business growth by developing strategic relationships and winning new commercial customers in a high-potential territory
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell, add-on, and system upgrade opportunities
- Own your territory with autonomy—develop call plans, prospecting strategies, and pipeline management
- Be the face of Johnson Controls Security—clearly articulating our value as an industry leader in integrated security solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer experience through post-installation follow-up and ongoing engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Build a strong network through referrals, partnerships, and Centers of Influence
- Stay ahead of the industry by maintaining deep product knowledge and understanding evolving client needs
- Untapped market potential in Altoona and Greensburg gives you room to make a real impact

- Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently
- Local travel within territory
- 2+ years of successful commercial sales experience in security, technology, or IT
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- College degree
