Mid Kansas Cooperative (MKC) is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to provide agronomic consulting and integrated crop solutions to producers while growing market share, profitability, and long‑term customer relationships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to producers on crop protection, nutrients, seed, soil fertility, and precision ag technology
- Deliver integrated agronomic solutions to address yield‑impacting issues
- Grow market share and customer profitability within an assigned territory
- Partner with internal teams to support cross‑selling and financing tools
- Enforce MKC credit, safety, and operational policies
- Maintain required documentation, reporting, and customer records
- Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of crop protection, nutrients, seed, and ag technology
- Ability to interpret soil tests and provide agronomic recommendations
- Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
- Ability to work in office and field environments and meet physical job demands
