Mid Kansas Cooperative (MKC) is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to provide agronomic consulting and integrated crop solutions to producers while growing market share, profitability, and long‑term customer relationships.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to producers on crop protection, nutrients, seed, soil fertility, and precision ag technology
  • Deliver integrated agronomic solutions to address yield‑impacting issues
  • Grow market share and customer profitability within an assigned territory
  • Partner with internal teams to support cross‑selling and financing tools
  • Enforce MKC credit, safety, and operational policies
  • Maintain required documentation, reporting, and customer records
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, agriculture, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong knowledge of crop protection, nutrients, seed, and ag technology
  • Ability to interpret soil tests and provide agronomic recommendations
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer‑service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships
  • Ability to work in office and field environments and meet physical job demands
