Our client is a newly established medical technology organization backed by a life science investment firm to expand its footprint across Southeast Asia, focusing on innovative solutions that enhance patient care and outcomes. As part of its regional growth plans, the company is strengthening its commercial capabilities in Singapore and Malaysia.

Your new role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and managing key customer relationships across Singapore and Malaysia, with a strong emphasis on expanding the adoption of specialized cardiac solutions. You will work closely with major hospitals, cardiovascular centres, and healthcare professionals to build sustainable partnerships, support product awareness, and drive clinical adoption, while also identifying new market opportunities and collaborating with internal teams to execute strategic initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will bring proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within cardiology or a related discipline, along with a strong network within the healthcare sector. You should have experience managing key accounts or working directly with hospitals, supported by strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to navigate a complex healthcare environment.
