Location: Remote (Highly recommended proximity to Houston or Dallas for ease of travel).
What You’ll Do
- Drive Adoption: Lead provider engagement strategies to promote the use of AristaMD specialty care and consults. .
- Partner Strategically: Serve as the primary contact for assigned health centers, multi-specialty groups, and large provider groups with Value-Based/Risk components.
- Manage the Map: Maintain a rigorous schedule traveling locally 4 days per week to clinics, with 1 day per week working from home.
- Consult & Collaborate: Work at the center level to understand pain points, collaborate on improving the PCP experience, and meet monthly with market dyad leadership to review data and clinical appropriateness.
- Educate & Support: Support the clinical champion program, run onsite training, and educate providers on clinical care pathways and eConsult use cases.
- Analyze Performance: Monitor clinical metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and present regular performance reviews and actionable insights to clients.
- Bridge Communication: Receive and respond to provider issues while sharing field insights with internal teams to support strategic program development.
- The Road Warrior: You have a proven track record of managing heavy travel (70%) without sacrificing administrative excellence or mental sharpness. You are comfortable with frequent driving and onsite clinic environments.
- The Strategist: You provide immediate value through a deep understanding of complex business ecosystems, global risk, primary care, and value-based care.
- The Self-Starter: You are comfortable being the first "boots on the ground" and can work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- The Clinical Expert: You have demonstrated success in clinical behavior modification and a strong understanding of healthcare delivery models and EHR systems
- Fluency in global risk primary care
- Demonstrated success in clinical behavior modification
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, public health, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher qualification is preferred
- Experience with clinical program implementation, management, and evaluation is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare delivery models, and regulatory requirements
- Knowledge of healthcare technology, data analytics, and quality improvement processes
- Value based care knowledge
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, electronic health records (EHR), and other relevant clinical software.
- Strong client service orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs and expectations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
