We’re hiring for an Account Executive opportunity with a rapidly growing company known for its elite company culture, industry-leading training program, and uncapped earning potential. This is a true full-cycle, hunter sales role designed for highly competitive, high-energy individuals looking to launch and build a long-term career in sales. You’ll start by generating pipeline and prospecting new business, then quickly transition into managing the full sales cycle and closing deals with small to mid-sized businesses.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Prospect daily for new business opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through close
  • Build and grow your own book of business within the SMB market
  • Engage executive-level decision-makers across eCommerce and B2B companies
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand operational pain points and business goals
  • Present customized shipping and logistics solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Run consultative sales meetings and close new business opportunities
  • Maintain strong pipeline activity and exceed revenue targets
  • Participate in daily training, coaching, and roleplay sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer experience


What You’ll Bring (Requirements):

  • 0–3 years of professional experience (no sales experience required!)
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Competitive, money-motivated, and driven to succeed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and take feedback
  • Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
  • High energy with an outgoing personality
  • Ability to work onsite 5 days/week in East Rutherford, NJ


Preferred Backgrounds:

  • Former college or high-level athletes
  • Hospitality or customer-facing experience
  • Early sales experience (BDR/SDR)


Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65K Base Salary
  • Uncapped residual commission structure starting at 7%
  • First-Year OTE: $90K+
  • Year 2 Earnings: $130K–$150K+
  • Monthly residual commissions on your book of business
  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Additional allowances (auto, phone, etc.)
