The Company leverages advanced RAS (Recirculating Aquaculture System) technology to create optimal conditions for land‑based salmon farming. We are now seeking a Senior Purchaser to join our global procurement team. In this role, you will lead and execute procurement activities for complex and strategically important procurement packages across international aquaculture projects.

Key responsibilities
As a Senior Purchaser, you will play a key role in strengthening procurement practices, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting the implementation of global procurement strategies. You will also contribute to knowledge-sharing and support team members.
- Lead and execute procurement activities for complex, high-value, or multi-regional projects and procurement packages, in line with global standards and project requirements.
- Drive procurement planning and execution, including prioritization, follow-up activities, progress tracking, and clear stakeholder reporting
- Own supplier management within assigned scope, including sourcing activities, negotiations, due diligence/qualification, performance follow-up, and strategic supplier dialogue
- Ensure strong governance and compliance across procurement activities, including documentation quality and audit readiness
- Proactively identify and mitigate procurement and supply chain risks, while contributing to KPI reporting
- Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of processes, tools and ways of working, and support team development through onboarding, mentoring and knowledge-sharing
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant higher education, preferably within supply chain, procurement or engineering
- 5 + years’ experience in procurement or supply chain
- Knowledge of key legal and compliance requirements (e.g., Transparency Act, due diligence, anti-corruption, trade rules)
- Strong negotiation, analytic and communication skills
- International experience is an advantage
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
