We are recruiting a Senior Business Development Manager on behalf of our client - a leading global player in the OTC derivatives brokerage space.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, driven individual to play a key role in client acquisition and relationship development across eFX, CFDs, and other OTC derivative products.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in selling OTC derivatives (eFX, CFDs)
  • Proven track record with a regulated brokerage firm
  • Strong existing and convertible client portfolio (professional and retail HNIs)
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • High ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Full understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks

Role Responsibilities:

  • Originate and onboard new clients through proactive networking and lead conversion
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle including KYC, onboarding, and ongoing support
  • Collaborate across internal departments to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Represent the firm with professionalism and commitment to service excellence

Candidate Profile:

  • Native Arabic speaker with strong command of English
  • Resident of the UAE for at least 5 years
  • Willing to relocate or commute to Abu Dhabi at least twice a week
