- Brand & Marcom: Lead integrated marketing communications (IMC) and content strategies to ensure consistent messaging across B2B and B2C.
- Trade Marketing: Manage distribution channels, design trade promotions, and develop POSM to boost partner sales performance.
- Lead Generation: Implement multi-channel acquisition strategies to generate high-quality leads for sales conversion.
- Digital Marketing: Deliver comprehensive digital marketing solutions to expand client channels and drive maximum revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and campaign ROI to optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 5+ years in Marketing/BD, preferably in Renewable Energy, Water Treatment Solution, or Industrial sectors.
- Marcom & Trade Expertise: Proven track record in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and managing distribution channel strategies.
- Digital Savvy: Strong expertise in E-commerce operations, Lead Generation, and Digital Marketing performance.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop business plans for both B2B and B2C segments in domestic and global markets.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation and English communication skills for professional and international collaboration.
