Senior Account Manager - Recruitment

We're looking for a skilled Senior Account Manager to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity to shape our recruitment and business development strategy while making a meaningful impact with existing and new accounts in contracts recruitment.

You'll be a great fit if:

• You understand how to connect with top talent across the region to discuss our live roles and help clients find the right candidates who complement their operations perfectly.
• You want to act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure joining process is smooth.
• You can work collaboratively with clients to fully understand their needs.
• You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and have create strong presence on social media to educate about NESF’s opportunities and initiatives

To be considered you need:

• 5 years’ experience of 360 recruitment in an agency environment in contracts recruitment.
• The ability to work independently, problem solve and be creative.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.

Oil & Gas - The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with previous recruitment experience in Oil & Gas and a record of persistently meeting or exceeding their individual sales targets.
