What The Day Will Look Like

• Deliver premium account servicing for high-net-worth (HNW) clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes to meet client’s satisfaction.
• Handling new business enquiries and initiate cross-selling.
• General supporting duties including invoicing, premium collection, documentation and claims.
• Providing support to the team head as required.
• Other business and duties as required by the Company.

• University graduate, preferably in Shipping & Logistics, Finance, Law or Risk Management / Insurance
• Preferably with experience in insurance, yacht or shipping/logistics industry is a plus, but we value the ability to learn and shows curiosity in the relevant industry.
• Good connection with the Yacht/ Luxury industry will be an advantage
• Good communication skills are highly preferred
• Certification in ANZII, ACII or across General Insurance
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
