Monthly Salary: 65k-75k php Quarterly Bonus + Paid Leave Allowance + Paid Aus Public Holidays + Career Progression

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technology 180 Recruitment Consultant to join a growing team supporting Australian businesses across deep tech recruitment.

This role is ideal for someone who loves the candidate side of recruitment — ,headhunting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting and building strong talent pipelines. You’ll work closely with an Australian-based recruitment team and play a key role in helping them deliver high-quality candidates quickly and consistently.

You’ll be trusted to manage live vacancies, engage with candidates, and support fast-moving recruitment campaigns across both contract and permanent roles.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years’ recruitment experience, with at least 3+ years in a deep technology recruitment role.
  
• Experience supporting Australian/UK/US recruitment agencies.
  
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and referrals.
  
• Confident using ATS/CRM systems, with Bullhorn or JobAdder preferred.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple live roles in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
