Responsibilities:
- Daily Client & Operations Management: Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of core wholesale clients, directly managing core client orders and inventory.
- Strategic Partnership Development: Establish and maintain long-term, stable, and mutually beneficial cooperative relationships with clients.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct regular structured business reviews with clients, covering sales volume, inventory levels, and gathering critical product and policy feedback.
- Pricing Strategy: Manage and uphold internal pricing strategies and structures within the assigned wholesale channel.
- Trade Marketing & Promotions: Responsible for the development, execution, and monitoring of channel promotion policies. This includes tracking execution effectiveness, managing budget utilization, and conducting post-campaign reviews.
- Data Management & Insight Generation: Collect, organize, and analyze sales data regularly to inform business decisions and identify trends.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research to identify new market opportunities and closely monitor competitor activities, strategies, and product launches.
Requirements:
- Proven Industry Experience: Minimum 3+ years of key account management, national account management, or channel sales experience within the vaping, CBD, tobacco, or closely related FMCG industry.
- Industry Network: Established relationships with key distributors and/or retailers in the vaping industry are a significant advantage.
- Commercial & Analytical Acumen: Strong understanding of wholesale dynamics, pricing structures, and trade marketing. Must be proficient in analyzing sales data and inventory metrics.
- Mandatory Language Skills: Native or Fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is mandatory for all client communication, negotiations, and internal reporting.
- Self-Starter: As a freelance role, you must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Legal Compliance: Must have a clear understanding of the regulatory landscape for vaping products in the target market(s).
