Senior Brand Manager

At Nestlé, we’re looking for a Senior Brand Manager to take full ownership of the GO Healthy dietary supplement brand, leading brand strategy, innovation, and execution across the New Zealand market and support on the wider VMS (vitamins mineral supplement portfolio.

This is a high-impact role where you won’t just manage brands — you’ll elevate them, shaping long-term growth strategies while delivering exceptional in-market execution.

A Day in the life…

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will:

• Drive Brand Strategy & Growth
• Lead Innovation & Portfolio Management
• Own new product development (NPD), acting as the key liaison across, regulatory, technical and commercial teams
• Create Impactful Consumer Experiences
• Win at Retail & Path to Purchase
• Partner with sales and commercial teams to deliver shopper-led strategies and trade execution
• Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Lead projects and influence stakeholders to deliver flawless execution
• Act as a true brand leader, inspiring teams toward shared goals

You are an ambitious, commercially minded marketer who brings:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing or a related commercial role (FMCG or consumer health preferred)
• A strong track record in brand building, campaign execution, and innovation delivery
• Deep understanding of consumer insights and data-led decision making
• Experience across the full marketing mix, including digital, media, and trade marketing
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, paired with creativity and entrepreneurial drive
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A mindset that is proactive, curious, and relentlessly results-driven
