Full Stack Engineer

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our Bengaluru office full-time. You'll work directly with the founders, own meaningful parts of the product, and help build an AI-native learning product from the ground up. You'll work across a modern stack that includes React.js, Node.js, Python, and LangGraph. If you thrive in environments where things move fast and your work has immediate impact, this is that role.

Responsibilities

• Build core product features and AI-powered workflows end-to-end - across frontend, backend, and integrations.
• Use AI tools and APIs as a natural part of your development workflow.
• Make architectural and technical decisions that directly shape the product.
• Collaborate closely with the founders to ship reliable production systems.
• Improve code quality, performance, and system reliability as we scale.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Available to join immediately.
• Comfortable working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure - truly full-stack, not just in title.
• Hands-on with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving ability - you break down ambiguous, open-ended problems and find your way through them.
• A product-minded engineer - you care about what you're building and why, not just how.
• High ownership and follow-through - you don't wait to be told what to do next.
• Quick learner who's comfortable navigating unfamiliar territory.

Bonus Points

• Prior experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience building AI-powered or LLM-integrated products.
• Strong side projects, open-source contributions, or notable builds.
